A major milestone for KM99’s third season in the FIM EWC
The 2024 season ended on a high note for KM99 with a second-place finish at the Bol d’Or, securing fourth place in the FIM Endurance World Championship as the top private team. This remarkable achievement has motivated us to think about the best strategy to go even further in 2025.
After extensive discussions with Yamaha and the Marc VDS team, we are proud to announce a significant evolution for our team. The goal is clear: to strive for excellence and compete for the championship title in the upcoming season against the factory teams.
Joining the prestigious Marc VDS family—known for dominating the Moto2 World Championship with three titles, as well as leaving their mark in MotoGP and MotoE—is a true inspiration and a source of immense pride for us.
A winning team that remains unchanged
Success is often built on stability. That’s why the entire technical and mechanical team of KM99 will remain unchanged for 2025. We are also pleased to confirm that Yamaha and Dunlop will continue to support us, with even greater commitment this season.
Strengthening the rider lineup
On the rider front, we’re equally delighted to retain our current trio, who have proven their efficiency. This year, we’re taking it a step further by welcoming a fourth rider—and not just any rider: Alessandro Del Bianco. With extensive experience on the Yamaha R1, Alessandro will bring valuable expertise to help us achieve our ambitious goals.
2025 promises to be a season full of challenges and excitement for the ELF Marc VDS Racing Team/KM99, and we are ready to take on the challenge, aiming higher than ever.
