KM99: An Exceptional TOP 10 Finish at the 8 Hours of Suzuka KM99 is proud to announce its remarkable performance in the 3rd round of the FIM Endurance World Championship, the 8 Hours of Suzuka. With a team composed of Randy de Puniet, Florian Marino, and Jérémy Guarnoni, we overcame tricky conditions to achieve an exceptional result. Our week of preparation in Suzuka was intense and demanding. Despite the absence of pre-tests last month, the entire team worked tirelessly to prepare a competitive bike. The challenging weather conditions, marked by intense heat and high humidity, made the task even more arduous. However, thanks to everyone's determination and dedication, we managed to achieve our objectives. We started the race in 15th position, in line with our initial goal. The race went smoothly despite the tough climatic conditions. Our riders and technical team did a tremendous job, demonstrating resilience and precision throughout the event. Without making a single mistake, we finished the race in an impressive 10th place. This result is even more significant as we rank 4th among permanent European teams, 2nd Yamaha team, and 2nd team equipped with Dunlop tires. « I am very happy with this result and the way we spent this week with a very focused and serene team in a good working atmosphere », said Gaëtan Schyns, Team Owner. In the EWC category, we scored 12 points for 9th place, which allowed us to make a leap in the overall standings, moving up to 6th place. « After this difficult start to the season, this result is good for the team and gives us a boost to finish the season on a high note », said Mario Kupper, Team Manager. The next and final round of the season is scheduled for the weekend of September 14 and 15, at the Bol d'Or at Circuit Paul Ricard. The entire KM99 team is ready to take on this last challenge with the same determination and passion. We would like to thank our partners, supporters, and all team members for their unwavering support. Together, we will continue to strive for excellence and push the boundaries of competition.
